I bring over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and addiction. I deeply respect how difficult it can be to reach out for support, and I strive to create a space that is compassionate, practical, and focused on real change.
My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), two evidence-based approaches that help you understand your patterns, reduce distress, and build skills to move forward with confidence.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at McGill Universityand have been a member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec since 2003. I am licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts and offer telehealth services.
In addition to working with clients, I also teach Motivational Interviewing to healthcare professionals—an approach that helps people connect with their own motivation for change.
